We want to invite our Girl Scout families out to our camp for Family Weekend September 3rd - 
4th. Families will be able to reserve an overnight camping space, sign up for adventure activities
 

Schedule
     Friday Night
           Check in: 3pm or after
           Social Hour w/ Smores @ Neal Lodge – 7pm - 8pm (music, photo booth, smores)
           Family Movie w/popcorn – 8:30pm (bring your own camp chairs or blankets)
     

     Saturday
            Adventure Add on – schedules will be sent prior to the weekend

                      Archery & Slingshots ‐ $17/person (ages 8 and up)

                      Archery & Tomahawks ‐ $17/person (ages 9 and up)

           Climbing ‐ $17/person (ages 8 and up)

           Zipline ‐ $17/person (ages 8 and up)

           Swimming ‐ $5/person

 
          Open Swim – 10am - 2pm
                 

          On your Activities
                  Gaga Pit
                  Hikes Around Camp
                  Outdoor Arcade
         

           Check out – 2pm - 3pm


*In order to take part in Family Weekend, each family must have at least one current girl or adult Girl
Scout member present. All meals are on your own.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancelled by the Girl Scouts: The total fee is refunded if the event is cancelled by Girl Scout staff due to severe weather, staffing, or equipment issues. (Please note: all events are rain or shine. We only cancel for weather when our staff determines that the activity cannot be conducted safely.) Cancellation by the group/camper more than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee will be refunded if a written request is received by campdept@gsksmo.org at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations by the group/camper less than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee will not be returned to the group or individual except in case of illness where a written refund request is accompanied by a statement from the attending physician.
