Camp Tongawood will 4 host service hour sessions on the weekend of March 21st and 22nd. If you're looking to spend your morning, afternoon, day or weekend giving back to your Girl scout community and your home camp then this Service Weekend is for You!
Jobs could range anywhere from painting to minor repairs, clearing trails, trimming, power washing, cleaning buildings putting up signage, etc. Troops and families are welcome, please make sure children are a minimum of 5 years of age. Last year we had almost 80 in attendance and our goal this year is 200 over this awesome weekend of service!
Highest Award Spotlight: Have a Take Action, Bronze, Silver or Gold Award project idea? Submit your request for project approval here before March 1st and build on this day!! It takes a lot to get our Camp ready for an awesome spring and summer season, so come out for the whole session or the whole day! We do ask that you arrive 15 min before the start time of your session so you may be briefed on your project and checked in.
