Council Camporee 2026: Outdoors – One Size Fits All!

Join us for an unforgettable outdoor adventure at Wildwood Outdoor Education Center!

Supervision: This is NOT a drop-off event.
Troop Leaders/caregivers are required to provide appropriate adult safety ratio and supervision for their attending Girl Scout(s) and/or troop throughout the event, per Girl Scouts Safety Activity Checkpoints.

Tagalongs: No, tagalongs are not allowed.
All attendees must be registered participants.

Any Forms Required: Yes High-Risk Acknowledgment Forms required by Wildwood (for programs such as archery, axe throwing, boating, etc.). Additional instructions will be shared in the Get Ready email.

Cost: Varies based on type of participation:

  • Day Only: $85 per participant
  • Tent Camping Overnight: $115 per participant
  • Cabin Camping Overnight: $150 per participant
  • Exclusive Cabin Rental (fits up to 12 people): $1,600 total

*All pricing includes: 4 ranked program activities, lunch, service project, Council Camporee 2026

Registration Instructions:
Troops will rank their top 10 activity choices during registration. Each participant will be assigned 4 activities based on troop rankings and availability.


What to Expect / Additional Information

  • Council Camporee is a weekend outdoor experience for Girl Scouts of all levels and the adults who support them.
  • Youth and adults pay the same fee and will both participate in program sessions.
  • Four activity blocks are included per participant; programs are selected based on troop rankings.
  • Lunch is included for all.
    Overnight participants may:
    • Bring their own dinner to cook on-site OR
    • Add the optional $12 dining hall dinner.
  • Event includes a camp-wide service project, celebrating stewardship and sisterhood.
  • This event is troop-friendly and designed to support bonding, adventure, and outdoor skill-building.
  • Patches and swag items are included at no additional cost.
  • Open to all Girl Scout levels and adults (members & non-members).

FAQs

Q: Will my troop be guaranteed all our top program picks?
A: Troops will attend four activities based on their ranking, but assignments depend on availability.

Q: Can adults participate in programs?
A: Yes! Adults and youth participate side-by-side in activities.

Q: Can we attend for the day only?
A: Yes — day and overnight options will be available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancelled by the Girl Scouts: The total fee is refunded if the event is cancelled by Girl Scout staff due to severe weather, staffing, or equipment issues. (Please note: We only cancel for weather when our staff determines that the activity cannot be conducted safely.) Cancellation by the group/camper more than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee will be refunded if a written request is received by campdept@gsksmo.org at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations by the group/camper less than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee not be returned to the group or individual except in case of illness where a written refund request is accompanied by a statement from the attending physician.
