This workshop will help you understand what it means to be a Junior leader! Tips, tricks, and lots of resources in this fast-paced, hands-on class to get you ready for your troop’s next step in Girl Scouting!

This workshop is for current/returning Junior Leaders who want to know more about Junior level programming options, working with Junior aged girls, and how to utilize council resources. Leaders will leave with tips and tricks on leading Junior Girl Scouts, what Girl-Led looks like at the Junior level, and how you as a leader can help your Junior girls succeed. You’ll also receive a packet of resources and information that you can use as you move throughout your year.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelled by GSKSMO: The total fee is refunded if the event is cancelled by Girl Scout staff due to severe weather, staffing, or equipment issues. (Please note: all events are rain or shine. We only cancel for weather when our staff determines that the activity cannot be conducted safely.) Cancellation by the group/camper/attendee more than 1 week out: If the troop or individual cancels more than 1 week prior to the event date, the fee will be refunded if a written request is received at least 1 week prior to the event date. Cancellations by the group/camper/attendee less than 1 week out: If the troop or individual cancels less than 1 week prior to the event date, the fee not be returned to the group or individual except in case of illness where a written refund request is accompanied by a statement from the attending physician. ​
