Join Us for Snow Adventure Badge Day at Snow Creek!

Experience an unforgettable day of snow tubing and family fun at Snow Creek during our Snow Adventure Badge Day! This special Girl Scout event offers an exclusive, private tubing experience just for Girl Scouts and their families.


Your registration includes:

  • Exclusive Hill Access: Enjoy private Girl Scout Family tubing time from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with reserved group timing
  • Commemorative Fun Patch: Each participant receives a custom fun patch as a memento of the day.
  • Hot Chocolate & Snacks: Warm up with a complimentary hot chocolate and a treat!
  • Group Gathering Space: Access to a fire pit at the bottom of the tubing hill and lodge for additional warming and relaxation.
  • Staff Support: Event-specific staff to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Schedule

  • Check-In: Arrive at Snow Creek between 10:00 and 10:30 AM.
    • Participants will sign in, submit printed waivers, and receive their tubing tickets.

Note: There may be some waiting as we check in a large group and prepare for tubing.

  • Tubing Session: Private tubing from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Important Information

  • Participants must be 42 inches tall to tube.
  • All tubers must ride solo in individual tubes—no lap sitting allowed.
  • Tubers must go down the hill unassisted; Snow Creek staff cannot push tubes.
  • Bring Your Own Lunch: Meals are not provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own food and snacks.

Supervision & Safety
Adult-to-Girl ratios must be met according to GSUSA Safety Activity Checkpoints. Guardians and troop leaders can find ratio requirements on page 5 of the GSUSA Safety Activity Checkpoints.

Waivers
All participants must submit a signed Snow Creek waiver upon arrival. Printed waivers will be sent out the week after registration closes and are required at check-in.

Additional Notes

  • This event is open to the whole family, but tubing is limited to participants who meet height and safety requirements.
  • Parents not tubing are welcome to attend as observers at no additional cost.
  • Dates and times are tentative and subject to change due to weather. Any updates will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelled by GSKSMO: The total fee is refunded if the event is cancelled by Girl Scout staff due to severe weather, staffing, or equipment issues. (Please note: all events are rain or shine. We only cancel for weather when our staff determines that the activity cannot be conducted safely.) Cancellation by the group/camper more than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee will be refunded if a written request is received at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations by the group/camper less than 2 weeks out: If the troop or individual cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event date, the fee not be returned to the group or individual except in case of illness where a written refund request is accompanied by a statement from the attending physician.
