Virtual First Aid/CPR Blended Learning course.
Red Cross is now conducting Virtual Skills Training during COVID – 19 crisis. This new training method allows instructors and students to continue training, but not be in the same room together.
The way this new method works, is by the student completing an online course first, then meeting virtually with their instructor to perform their skills assessment. The Virtual First Aid/CPR Blending Learning course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims about 12 years and older.
All registrants will be required to attend a virtual meeting on May 4th @ 5pm, prior to beginning the online portion of their course.
Successful students will receive a certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years
Participants: Adult Members
