DESCRIPTION:July 8 - 12 \n  \n  \n 8:30 am – 4:30 pm each day \n  \n  \n Completed Kindergarten - 5th Grade \n  \n  \n Is your girl ready for an unforgettable summer adventure? SHE-nanigans Day Camp is the place for her! \n  \n  \n SHE-nanigans Day Camp at  Tongawood's is an exciting and enriching 5-day experience designed just for girls from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of nature, Camp Tongawood promises an action-packed week of fun, learning, and friendship that your girl will treasure forever. \n  \n  \n What to Expect: \n  \n  \n 1. Outdoor Adventures: Campers will get to participate in at least one Adventure Program at Camp Tongawood. \n  \n  \n 2. Creative Workshops: Your child will have the chance to explore their artistic side and express themselves through a wide range of hands-on activities. \n  \n  \n 3. Team building: Campers will develop valuable social skills, make new friends, and learn the importance of working together. \n  \n  \n 4. Science and Nature: Campers will discover the fascinating world around them while having a blast with hands-on science activities. \n  \n  \n 5. Skilled Counselors: Rest assured that your child's safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Our dedicated team of experienced and caring counselors will ensure that your child has a fantastic, safe, and educational experience throughout the camp. \n  \n  \n We will also go on two field trips throughout the week. The first being a visit to Sousa Farm. Our campers will get to experience the joys of rural life, interacting with farm animals, exploring fields and learning about sustainable agriculture. Our other field trip will be to local pool for a day of swimming and fun in the sun! \n  \n  \n At our day camp, transportation is made hassle-free with multiple bus stop options catering to different regions. Campers can choose from three convenient locations: Central, situated in the Overland Park-435 Area; Northeastern, serving KCMO-Independence Area; and Western, located near KCK Legends/Speedway area. No matter where campers reside, they'll find a convenient pick-up point to kickstart their adventure-filled day at camp.
