DESCRIPTION:Did you know Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US? Join the teaching pros and Girl Scout staff at KC Pickle Club for a lively pickleball lesson, open play, and a Good Sportsmanship Badge workshop. All skill levels are welcome and all equipment and workshop materials will be provided. Caregivers will need to sign a waiver for each Girl Scout participating. Drinks and a light snack will be provided for participating girls. Space is limited, no tagalongs please. Adults will have designated areas for viewing. Food and beverage will be also available for purchase for adults. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Price includes: Pickleball lesson, open play, equipment rental, workshop materials, Good Sportsmanship Badge, and light snack. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Event Details  \n  \n  \n Location: KC Pickle Club; 9119 E 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64133 \n  \n  \n Supervision: This is a drop-off event. Troop leaders are not \n  \n  \n required to stay. but are welcome to if they'd like. \n  \n  \n Tagalongs: No, tagalongs are not allowed. \n  \n  \n Cost: $30 per participant \n  \n  \n Registration Deadline: 9/04/26 \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n What to Expect \n  \n  \n Girls will start with a Good Sportsmanship badge workshop, covering everything it means to be a good sport and teammate. After the workshop, they'll spend an hour on the courts with Pickleball pros, learning the ins and outs of the game and practicing their skills with each other. Snacks to refuel are provided! \n  \n  \n The workshop price includes a pickleball lesson, open play, equipment rental, workshop materials, Uniquely Us Badge, and light snack. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n What to Wear and Bring \n  \n  \n Comfortable clothes, a full water bottle, pickleball materials if you'd like to. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Parking & Arrival \n  \n  \n You can park anywhere in the free parking lot at KC Pickle Club. Check-in will be in the lobby. \n
